Tahoe Endurance Year-Round Program Schedules.
Comp Team
T/Th/Fri/Sat/Sun
Summer/Fall (June 1st to November 30th)
5 sessions per week and additional training camp opportunities.
Winter (December 1st to April 26th)
5 sessions per week and additional race days, race trips, and training camp opportunities.
Devo Team
4 day/week program - T/W/Th/Sun
2 day/week program - 2 days athlete choice from 4 day program days
Summer/Fall (June 1st to November 24th)
2 or 4 sessions per week and additional training camp opportunities.
Winter (December 1st to April 12th)
2 or 4 sessions per week and additional race days and race trips.

2 Weeks, 1 Month, June 1st-July 24th
5 sessions a week as well as two strength sessions. Optional training camp opportunities.
High School Running Program
2-3 days/week - various days

1-2 days/week - Wednesday + occasional Sunday longer adventure days!
Summer June-August
Dry-land June-October
