Paperwork and Registration – Participants must have all paperwork signed and be registered for their program prior to attending practices. Tahoe Endurance ROL/waiver.

Positive Attitude – Participants should be excited to go to practice each day.

Health – Participants must be healthy to participate in practice. Stay home and rest when you’re sick. Communicate with the coaches any existing injuries that may be affected by attending practice.

Basic Physical Fitness – Participants must be able to maintain contact with the group as it progresses through trail networks, which they may not know. Typically we expect that the end of the group can run/ski nonstop for over 1 hour.

Readiness – Participants are expected to arrive on time (this means arrive prior to the scheduled time practice begins!) to receive instructions given at the beginning of each practice, and with appropriate gear.  (See Equipment under Athlete Resources)

  • Please email quinn@tahoe-endurance.org with your details and what program you are interested in joining. If you join more than a month late, we offer a pro-rated cost on team dues.

  • We offer two free shadow days for each athlete for our year round programs, and one free shadow day for our seasonal programs. All we need is a signed waiver prior to attending a practice. Please contact quinn@tahoe-endurance.org for details on what days your athlete can shadow.
