Q: What if my athlete is interested but is unsure if the program is a good fit for them?
A: Reach out! We offer 2 free shadow days for each athlete, as well as some larger more official shadow days in the fall and winter for interested athletes. All we need is a signed waiver prior to attendance.
Q: What other activities outside of practice are offered?
A: We work hard to build a team community for what are normally thought of as individual sports. We have team potlucks, movie nights, paddle boarding days, etc., to offer fun team building activities outside of practice.
Q: What if I cannot afford the program?
A: We try to keep costs as low as possible while still providing expert coaching, access to knowledgeable coaches for questions, etc., access to information and presentations on nutrition, mental health, etc. for junior athletes, and more. If you have financial need for one of our part time programs we currently only have our scholarships open to year round participants for now, but reach out and we will see what we can do to provide financial support!
