Tahoe Endurance offers year round training for Comp and Devo team athletes, broken down into a dryland training block and a winter training block.
Comp Team
T/Th/Fri/Sat/Sun
Summer/Fall (June 1st to November 30th)
5 sessions per week and additional training camp opportunities.
Winter (December 1st to April 27th)
5 sessions per week and additional race days, race trips, and training camp opportunities.
Devo Team
T/W/Th/Sun
Summer/Fall (June 1st to November 24th)
4 sessions per week and additional training camp opportunities.
Winter (December 1st to April 20th)
4 sessions per week and additional race days and race trips.
Tahoe Endurance also offers a summer program for post-graduate athletes.
Elite/PG Team
T/Th/Fri/Sat/Sun
2 Weeks, 1 Month, June 1st-July 24th
5 sessions a week as well as two strength sessions. Optional training camp opportunities.
